Yes the muscle build up and allows for a more natural flow seems to be soo true, while squatting. Even I have felt that

1. What do old people do?
I have seen older people provided with a wooden stool. Newer homes in towns and cities, have the western as well as the traditional ones.

4. Group Squats.
Nope, Toilets, if present are not open. But yes Sanitation is not adequate in Sub-Continent.
